The Chief Risk & Compliance Strategist will oversee the development of comprehensive governance frameworks for Oman’s growing fintech sector. This role demands mastery in regulatory technology (RegTech), AML/CFT compliance, and AI-driven risk intelligence, ensuring fintech platforms operate in line with Oman Central Bank standards and international regulations.
Core Responsibilities

Establish enterprise-wide risk management frameworks tailored to digital finance.

Implement advanced compliance monitoring systems leveraging AI and machine learning.

Develop cross-border alignment strategies for data privacy, KYC, and AML protocols.

Advise senior stakeholders on global fintech regulatory shifts and their local implications.

Enhance organizational resilience against cyber threats and transaction fraud.
Qualifications

10+ years in risk management, compliance, or fintech regulation.

Expertise in AML, FATF guidelines, GDPR-equivalent standards, and RegTech platforms.
