Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Fintech Strategy Officer to lead Oman’s digital finance transformation. This executive role requires exceptional expertise in financial technology, digital banking, and cross-border payment systems. The incumbent will craft forward-looking strategies that leverage AI, blockchain, and advanced analytics to drive scalable, secure, and innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement Oman-focused fintech strategies aligned with regional regulatory frameworks.

Architect scalable digital payment platforms, smart contracts, and AI-driven financial intelligence systems.

Lead remote, multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute high-impact fintech initiatives.

Monitor global fintech trends, evaluating emerging technologies for adoption and integration.

Advise on risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity across digital financial platforms.

Engage with regulators, financial institutions, and technology partners to ensure ecosystem cohesion.
Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Technology, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.

Minimum 12 years in fintech strategy, banking technology, or digital finance leadership.

Proven track record in blockchain, AI applications in finance, or digital payments infrastructure.

Deep understanding of Omani regulatory and compliance requirements.
