About The Opportunity
A rapidly evolving financial technology ecosystem is seeking an accomplished executive to spearhead large-scale fintech expansion initiatives across digital banking, embedded finance, financial inclusion, and next-generation customer engagement platforms.
This role is designed for a strategic leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes while identifying transformative opportunities capable of accelerating growth, enhancing customer experiences, and strengthening digital financial infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping future business models, identifying emerging market opportunities, and building strategic frameworks that position fintech services for long-term regional and international success.
This is not a traditional leadership position. It is a strategic mandate to redefine how financial technology interacts with consumers, businesses, merchants, and institutional stakeholders within an increasingly digital economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide fintech growth strategies.
- Lead financial ecosystem expansion initiatives.
- Identify emerging opportunities across payments, lending, wealth solutions, and digital banking.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and ecosystem participants.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Establish scalable business models supporting long-term growth.
- Oversee market intelligence and competitive analysis functions.
- Create innovation frameworks supporting future product development.
- Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support regulatory alignment and governance initiatives.
- Present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of fintech, banking, digital finance, or technology leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience driving large-scale growth initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong understanding of GCC financial markets.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
