Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of real-time, multi-rail payment systems spanning retail, corporate, and government flows.

• Integrate CBDC pilots and cross-border digital currency frameworks into national payment strategies.

• Build AI-driven fraud detection, biometric authentication, and transaction monitoring protocols to reinforce ecosystem resilience.

• Partner with regulators and international standard-setters to align ISO 20022 adoption, open API frameworks, and tokenization models.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in payments strategy, financial technology, or cross-border settlement architecture.

• Expertise in blockchain rails, open banking standards, and AI-driven compliance systems.

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or computer science; fintech/payments certifications highly desirable.
