Role Overview
The Chief Digital Finance Strategist will lead the architecture and deployment of next-generation digital finance systems for Saudi Arabia. This executive role blends strategic fintech vision, AI-driven financial modeling, and blockchain-enabled infrastructure, establishing a fully integrated, scalable, and secure ecosystem capable of cross-border interoperability.
The incumbent will oversee digital payments, tokenized assets, and AI-enabled financial intelligence, enabling the Kingdom to remain at the forefront of global financial innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement national digital finance strategies, including blockchain-based payment rails and tokenized assets.

Architect AI-driven predictive financial analytics for liquidity, risk management, and credit evaluation.

Lead multi-institutional ecosystem design ensuring interoperability with regional and global fintech networks.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations, ISO 20022, and international financial standards.

Oversee cybersecurity and cryptographic protocols to secure digital finance infrastructure.
Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master’s in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.

12+ years of experience in digital finance systems, blockchain, and AI-driven fintech leadership.

Expertise in distributed ledger technology, cloud-native infrastructure, and regulatory technology (RegTech).

Strong understanding of GCC financial regulations and cross-border compliance.
