Position Overview
The Chief Digital Finance Strategist will lead the strategic transformation of Saudi Arabia’s digital financial ecosystem. This executive role is responsible for conceptualizing, architecting, and operationalizing AI-integrated banking, digital payments, and open finance infrastructures that align with international standards and cross-border interoperability frameworks.
This role requires a visionary leader capable of blending technological innovation, regulatory alignment, and strategic foresight to position Saudi Arabia as a global fintech hub.
Core Responsibilities

Develop a national digital finance strategy, encompassing open banking, intelligent payment systems, and AI-driven operational models.

Design cross-border financial interoperability protocols aligned with ISO 20022 and global regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Profile

Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Financial Technology, Systems Engineering, or AI for Finance.

12+ years in digital finance transformation, fintech strategy, or AI-driven banking architecture.
