Role Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Digital Finance Officer to lead Oman’s strategic transformation in digital financial services. The role requires mastery of AI-driven analytics, blockchain architecture, digital payments, and advanced wealth management platforms, with oversight of compliance, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Oman-focused digital finance strategies, encompassing payments, lending, and wealth management platforms.

Architect scalable, secure fintech infrastructure leveraging blockchain, AI, and cloud-native technologies.

Lead remote, multi-disciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end financial solutions with measurable impact.

Ensure full compliance with Omani Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

Monitor global fintech trends, identifying technologies and solutions for strategic adoption.

Represent Oman’s digital finance initiatives in global forums and advisory panels.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology; MBA preferred.

12+ years in digital finance strategy, fintech architecture, or banking technology leadership.

Proven experience in AI-powered platforms, blockchain solutions, and digital payment ecosystems.

Deep knowledge of GCC fintech regulations, particularly Oman.

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and executive communication skills.
