Role Overview
This executive-level position requires a visionary leader to oversee the strategic transformation of digital banking within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly advancing fintech sector. Key Responsibilities

Lead the digital transformation of core banking functions, with emphasis on omnichannel integration and seamless customer experiences.

Architect scalable fintech solutions leveraging open banking APIs, blockchain, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI.

Spearhead innovation in digital lending, digital identity, and virtual financial advisory services.

Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations while fostering innovation and agility.

Develop partnerships with regional banks, fintech startups, and global technology providers.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Strategy, or Computer Science.

12+ years of senior leadership in fintech, digital banking, or financial technology consulting.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.

Deep knowledge of payment orchestration, customer lifecycle digitization, and regulatory landscapes.

Strong international exposure, preferably within GCC markets.
