The ideal candidate will elevate Oman’s financial intelligence landscape by embedding data-driven insight into digital banking, payment infrastructures, and next-generation regulatory compliance systems.
Core Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-enhanced data architectures supporting digital lending, neobank analytics, and open banking ecosystems.

Build scalable frameworks for behavioral finance modeling, real-time risk assessment, and AI-based fraud prediction.

Spearhead data interoperability strategies across multi-platform digital payment systems and institutional finance layers.

Lead multi-regional teams of data scientists, AI researchers, and financial analysts, operating under global fintech standards.

Champion data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and ethical AI governance aligned with GCC data protection norms.
Qualifications

10–15 years of advanced fintech data engineering or AI-driven finance experience.

Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, Spark, and cloud analytics pipelines (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Advanced degree in Financial Engineering, Applied Data Science, or Quantitative Systems.

In-depth familiarity with regulatory reporting automation, financial data lakes, and machine learning governance.
