Strategic Objective
Saudi Arabia’s generational wealth transfer is one of the most momentous economic transitions in the Gulf. With over $1.2 trillion expected to change hands by 2035, the kingdom is prioritizing inclusive, Shariah-compliant digital wealth platforms that align with Vision 2030 goals. This role entails architecting a remote-first Islamic digital wealth ecosystem, integrating robo-advisory, halal ETFs, smart zakat engines, and decentralized inheritance rails, underpinned by Takaful-compatible wealth preservation instruments.
Core Responsibilities

Build the infrastructure for an AI-driven, faith-aligned robo-advisor delivering automated halal investment portfolios and retirement planning.

Develop a distributed asset management interface where Saudi families can allocate, monitor, and transfer wealth across generations using Islamic finance principles.

Integrate smart contracts for inheritance, wills, and wakf (endowment) asset tracking in full compliance with Shariah family law.

Collaborate with CMA and Shariah boards to digitize compliance protocols for halal ETF screening, purification audits, and ethical risk overlays.

Design embedded Takaful protection logic across long-term investments, particularly for widows, orphans, and zakat-eligible dependents.

Implement privacy-preserving analytics (zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption) to ensure personal finance data integrity.

Build Arabic-localized mobile apps and investor dashboards with AI chat support for novice investors and senior citizens.
Ideal Candidate Profile

12+ years in wealthtech, Islamic finance, or robo-advisory platform architecture.

Deep fluency in Shariah asset screening methodologies, zakat automation, and halal asset allocation principles.

Experience in blockchain-based financial legacy tools (e.g., smart wills, decentralized trust management).

Advanced understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks: CMA fintech license requirements, sandbox policies, and Vision 2030 fintech KPIs.

Bilingual (Arabic + English) is strongly preferred; understanding of Gulf family wealth structures is a plus.
