Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and SME customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal financing, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
- Achieve individual sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to strengthen customer engagement.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and banking systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless banking solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare relationship management reports and portfolio reviews.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in retail banking, relationship management, customer service, or financial sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
