A prestigious fintech banking institution is seeking a client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and corporate clients through personalized financial advisory and innovative digital banking solutions.

This role combines consultative selling with long-term relationship management. Rather than simply selling products, you will become a trusted financial partner, helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored banking services, digital investment solutions, payment technologies, treasury products, and cash management strategies.

Working alongside Wealth Advisors, Investment Specialists, Product Managers, Operations Teams, Risk Professionals, Compliance Officers, and Executive Leadership, you will contribute directly to customer loyalty, portfolio growth, and sustainable business performance.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of premium banking clients.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce innovative financial products and digital banking solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments.
  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Achieve portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends affecting client portfolios.
  • Prepare account reviews and strategic relationship plans.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in client networking events and financial education initiatives.
  • Support business development campaigns targeting high-value customers.
  • Mentor junior relationship professionals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in relationship management, banking, wealth advisory, or enterprise sales.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, advisory, and commercial skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer engagement.
