Position Overview
A fast-growing fintech organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director – Digital Payments Operations Excellence to oversee large-scale payment operations across the Gulf region.
This strategic leadership role focuses on optimizing payment processing, enhancing transaction efficiency, improving merchant experiences, and implementing operational excellence initiatives that support scalable business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Develop enterprise payment operations strategies.
- Optimize transaction processing performance.
- Improve payment settlement efficiency.
- Lead operational transformation initiatives.
Business Performance
- Establish operational KPIs.
- Improve customer service delivery.
- Drive merchant satisfaction programmes.
- Strengthen regional operational resilience.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Mentor future operational leaders.
- Deliver executive operational reports.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in fintech, banking operations, or payment services.
- Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
