Your Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, visitors, and business partners professionally.
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments and relationship managers.
  • Handle telephone, email, and reception enquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Support customer registration and document verification processes.
  • Manage reception records and visitor databases.
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and office communications.
  • Assist with administrative duties supporting customer service operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of front-office, banking, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement abilities.
