A globally respected fintech organization is seeking an elite Sentinel to lead advanced cyber intelligence operations focused on predictive threat detection, AI-assisted financial security, digital trust engineering, and enterprise resilience across mission-critical financial infrastructure.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at the forefront of financial cybersecurity, combining intelligence analysis, cloud security, behavioural analytics, and strategic risk management to protect one of the Gulf region’s most sophisticated digital financial environments.
Core Responsibilities

Lead enterprise financial cyber intelligence and threat monitoring operations.

Develop AI-assisted fraud and anomaly detection frameworks.

Protect cloud-native banking and payment infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.

Conduct enterprise security risk assessments and resilience reviews.

Implement Zero Trust and identity-centric security architectures.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and data science teams on secure innovation initiatives.

Produce executive-level cyber risk and intelligence reports.

Coordinate incident response, recovery, and operational continuity programmes.

Enhance digital trust frameworks across customer-facing financial platforms.

Drive continuous improvement in enterprise security posture and governance maturity.
Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience within fintech, banking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.

Strong expertise in cloud security, threat intelligence, and enterprise security operations.

Experience leading security investigations, incident response, or cyber resilience programmes.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
