Role Overview
This is a high-frequency, high-intellect role at the intersection of quantitative finance, machine learning, and algorithmic execution. You will design trading strategies and risk models that operate in real time, responding dynamically to market signals, liquidity shifts, and macroeconomic variables.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop algorithmic trading strategies across asset classes (FX, equities, digital assets)
- Build quantitative risk models incorporating volatility forecasting, stress testing, and scenario analysis
- Design low-latency execution systems optimized for speed and precision
- Integrate machine learning models for predictive analytics and signal generation
- Monitor and recalibrate strategies using real-time data streams and feedback loops
- Ensure compliance with regional and international financial trading regulations
Technical Stack
- Programming: Python, C++, Rust for high-performance computing
- Quant Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, QuantLib
- Data Streams: Real-time feeds via FIX protocol, WebSockets
- Infrastructure: High-frequency trading systems, co-located servers
- AI/ML: Reinforcement learning, time-series forecasting models
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years in quantitative finance, trading systems, or financial engineering
- Strong mathematical foundation (stochastic calculus, probability theory, optimization)
- Experience with algorithmic trading platforms and execution engines
- Ability to translate market intuition into mathematical models and code
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and liquidity dynamics
