Product Mandate
We are looking for a commercially astute Product professional to shape financial products built around open banking, financial APIs and connected digital ecosystems.
The position sits at the intersection of customer needs, financial infrastructure, technology and commercial strategy, with responsibility for converting complex banking capabilities into intuitive and scalable digital products.
The successful candidate will own product initiatives from discovery and definition through delivery, measurement and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap for open-banking and API-enabled financial services.

Research customer, merchant and enterprise requirements.

Translate financial infrastructure capabilities into commercially viable products.

Develop detailed product requirements and user stories.

Work with engineering teams to define API functionality and integration requirements.

Coordinate product development across design, engineering, risk, operations and commercial teams.

Establish product KPIs covering adoption, engagement, reliability and revenue.

Conduct competitive analysis across global open-banking markets.

Identify new API-based financial-services opportunities.

Manage product prioritisation using commercial value, customer impact and technical feasibility.

Lead product launches and post-launch optimization.

Analyse customer behaviour and product-performance data.

Develop strategic partnerships supporting product distribution and ecosystem expansion.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.

6+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, API products or digital financial services.

Demonstrated product-management experience within technology or financial-services environments.

Strong understanding of APIs, digital banking and financial integrations.

Experience working with agile product-development teams.

Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product strategies.
