Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an innovative Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of advanced financial technology products. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams, UX designers, business analysts, compliance specialists, and executive stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver market-leading fintech products that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps.
- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineering and UX teams throughout product development.
- Define product vision, objectives, and measurable success metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
- Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into product development.
- Manage product backlogs and Agile sprint priorities.
- Analyze product usage data and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Present product updates to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous product innovation and optimization.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Support strategic business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience managing digital products within fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
