Product Mission
We are seeking a commercially sophisticated Product Lead — Merchant Finance, Smart POS & Transaction Commerce to shape a new generation of technology-enabled merchant financial products.
The successful candidate will own the evolution of merchant-facing solutions that combine payment acceptance, transaction intelligence, digital commerce and financial services into a unified technology experience.
This role requires a product leader who can understand both sides of the ecosystem: the operational realities faced by merchants and the technical infrastructure required to deliver sophisticated financial products at scale.
Product Responsibilities

Define a comprehensive product strategy for merchant-finance technology.

Identify unmet needs across small, medium and enterprise merchant segments.

Develop product roadmaps for intelligent POS and payment solutions.

Analyze merchant transaction behavior to identify new product opportunities.

Design concepts for financial services integrated directly into merchant workflows.

Translate customer research into product requirements.

Prioritize product features using commercial and customer-impact frameworks.

Work closely with engineering teams to define scalable technical solutions.

Coordinate UX and customer-experience development.

Establish product launch and commercialization strategies.

Monitor product adoption and merchant engagement.

Analyze transaction conversion and payment-performance metrics.

Develop strategies to increase merchant retention.

Identify opportunities for intelligent transaction analytics.

Evaluate emerging POS technologies and payment capabilities.

Develop financial models for new merchant products.

Coordinate pilots, product experiments and market launches.

Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery through optimization.

Candidate Profile
-
8+ years of product-management experience in fintech, payments, digital commerce or banking.

Proven experience taking financial products from concept to market.

Strong understanding of merchant-payment ecosystems.

Excellent customer-discovery and product-prioritization skills.

Strong commercial and quantitative capabilities.
-
Comfortable working with engineers, analysts and senior executives.

Experience with POS, payment gateways or merchant technology is highly desirable.
