Innovation Brief
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Producer to originate, structure and execute fintech innovation programmes capable of turning promising financial-technology concepts into commercially credible ventures and products.
This is a deliberately multidisciplinary role combining venture development, product innovation, ecosystem building, market research and commercial execution.
The successful candidate will manage the journey from early concept to validated opportunity, coordinating founders, technology specialists, financial institutions, investors and commercial stakeholders.
Innovation Responsibilities

Identify emerging fintech opportunities with meaningful commercial potential.

Design and manage fintech innovation programmes from concept through validation.

Evaluate startup technologies, business models and product propositions.

Develop structured experimentation frameworks for new financial products.

Coordinate pilot programmes and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Build relationships with fintech founders, investors, financial institutions and technology providers.

Develop business cases for promising innovations.

Conduct market validation and customer-discovery exercises.

Establish metrics for innovation-programme performance.

Coordinate product, technology, commercial and financial stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for strategic investment or partnership.

Develop market-entry strategies for validated concepts.

Prepare executive presentations and investment recommendations.

Track global fintech innovation trends and emerging business models.
Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Entrepreneurship or a related field.

6+ years of experience in fintech, venture building, innovation, consulting, product development or financial services.

Demonstrated understanding of fintech business models.

Strong commercial and analytical judgement.

Experience managing multidisciplinary innovation programmes.

Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution discipline.
