Role Overview

The Principal WealthTech Innovation & Digital Portfolio Systems Architect leads the technical and strategic development of next-generation wealth management platforms serving the UAE’s rapidly evolving fintech environment. The role focuses on engineering intelligent portfolio ecosystems, digital advisory engines, secure data pipelines, and AI-powered investment tools that align with global best practices and UAE’s financial innovation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-level digital wealth management platforms incorporating portfolio simulation engines, automated advisory workflows, and multi-asset investment logic.

• Lead development of AI-enhanced financial modeling tools, risk-scoring engines, and investor behavior intelligence modules.

• Build secure data architectures enabling high-fidelity analytics, multi-jurisdiction data alignment, and real-time portfolio insights.

• Oversee integration of digital onboarding, investor identity verification, compliance automation, and smart regulatory reporting capabilities.

• Align platform design with UAE’s financial innovation roadmap, digital asset strategies, and evolving investment governance standards.

• Guide long-term portfolio system evolution, incorporating tokenized assets, smart rebalancing logic, predictive wealth planning, and next-gen investor experience personalization.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years in wealthtech engineering, investment systems design, or fintech portfolio architecture.

• Expert knowledge of algorithmic financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and cloud-native wealth management platforms.

• Strong experience with AI/ML modeling for investment insights, advisory automation, and risk intelligence.

• Master’s or PhD in Quantitative Finance, Computational Finance, Data Science, or similar field preferred.
