A highly sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a top-tier Principal UX/UI Design Director – Enterprise Fintech Experience, Design Systems & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-level design strategy across a complex financial ecosystem.
This role is designed for a senior professional capable of shaping holistic user experiences across multiple products, platforms, and customer segments, ensuring that design becomes a strategic differentiator in financial services.
You will operate at a strategic level—defining design vision, building scalable systems, and driving transformation across digital financial experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise UX/UI design strategy
- Lead development of scalable design systems and frameworks
- Oversee design across multiple fintech products and platforms
- Drive digital transformation through user-centric design
- Collaborate with executive leadership on product strategy
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across experiences
- Mentor design teams and build high-performance design organizations
- Integrate analytics and user feedback into design decisions
- Evaluate emerging design trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with Qatar digital and financial standards
- Align design initiatives with business objectives
- Provide strategic insights on user experience and product innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong expertise in design systems and enterprise design
- Proven track record in leading design teams
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
