Strategic Responsibilities

Design fintech-driven operating models integrating technology, governance, and institutional workflows

Define principles for organizational alignment between digital platforms and legacy financial structures

Assess structural inefficiencies introduced by poorly aligned fintech adoption and propose corrective models

Required Depth of Expertise
