Role Overview
We are hiring a Principal Remote Fintech Product Architect to conceptualize and deliver high-value digital financial products tailored to Qatar’s banking and investment sectors. This position requires a deep balance of product design acumen, technical depth, and international regulatory understanding.
Key Responsibilities

Architect customer-centric fintech products including mobile-first banking, peer-to-peer lending, and AI-driven investment platforms.

Guide the adoption of cloud-native financial services with resilient, scalable product roadmaps.

Integrate fintech solutions with core banking, wealth management, and SME financing platforms.

Lead product lifecycle management across ideation, design, compliance, and market launch.

Conduct competitive benchmarking to align Qatari fintech solutions with leading global platforms.

Manage international remote product engineering and UX/UI teams.
Qualifications & Expertise

8+ years in fintech product management or architecture.

Expertise in cloud-native finance solutions, embedded finance APIs, and AI-driven product design.

Strong exposure to regulatory compliance in fintech markets across GCC and global jurisdictions.

Proven experience in remote team leadership.

MBA, MSc in Financial Engineering, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
