This position is designed for a senior fintech professional specializing in financial data governance, intelligence architecture, and advanced analytics strategy.
The role supports Oman’s growing emphasis on data-driven financial services, focusing on the design of robust, transparent, and scalable data ecosystems for fintech platforms.
The Director will operate at the intersection of data architecture, regulatory alignment, and financial intelligence, shaping how data is governed, analyzed, and monetized across digital finance systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee enterprise-level financial data governance frameworks, covering ownership, lineage, quality, and access controls.

Architect financial intelligence platforms supporting real-time analytics, reporting, and decision support.

Define standards for data interoperability across payments, digital banking, and investment platforms.

Lead the integration of advanced analytics and AI-assisted insights into financial operations.

Establish governance models ensuring auditability, transparency, and regulatory defensibility of financial data systems.

Advise senior stakeholders on data strategy, analytics maturity, and long-term information architecture planning.
Required Expertise

12+ years of experience in financial data architecture, fintech analytics, or enterprise data governance.

Strong command of data platforms, analytical pipelines, and financial reporting systems.

Experience operating within regulated financial or fintech environments.

High-level strategic thinking combined with hands-on architectural insight.
