Strategic Mandate

The Principal AI-Enabled Financial Intelligence & Decision Systems Strategist is responsible for defining the cognitive architecture of advanced digital financial platforms, enabling automated, explainable, and strategically sound decision-making. This role focuses on decision systems design, intelligence frameworks, and governance of AI-driven analytics, rather than operational AI development or data engineering.

The mandate is to ensure that AI and analytics are strategically aligned with platform objectives, risk governance, and regulatory expectations, while fostering innovation in automated financial decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven decision intelligence frameworks for fintech platforms, including predictive, prescriptive, and adaptive analytics layers

• Define governance models for algorithmic decision-making, model explainability, bias mitigation, and system integrity

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, machine learning architectures, and analytics tools for strategic relevance

• Translate technical architectures into executive-level strategic insight and actionable recommendations

• Produce white papers, system intelligence blueprints, and advisory reports for senior stakeholders

• Advise on long-term evolution of AI-enabled financial platforms, ensuring systemic resilience and ethical use of decision systems

Required Expertise

• Deep experience in AI strategy, financial decision systems, fintech intelligence architecture, or analytics governance

• Understanding of risks associated with automated decision-making, including systemic, regulatory, and operational considerations

• Ability to bridge technical intelligence design with high-level strategic decision-making

• Exceptional executive-level communication and analytical skills

Ideal Professional Profile

• 13+ years in fintech intelligence, AI-enabled financial systems, or platform strategy

• International exposure to advanced digital finance and AI-driven platforms

• Proven capability to operate independently at principal advisory level
