Role Blueprint (Agile Product Format)

The Principal Product Owner will lead the conceptualization and delivery of next-generation payment solutions integrated within super app ecosystems. This role operates within an Agile product environment, where continuous iteration, user-centric design, and rapid deployment are essential.

The successful candidate will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation and backlog prioritization to release management and performance optimization.

Product Ownership Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with market demands and technological trends.

• Develop product roadmaps incorporating payments, digital wallets, and embedded financial services.

Agile Execution & Delivery

• Manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

User Experience & Engagement

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously enhance product usability.

• Drive features that increase user retention, engagement, and transaction volume.

Performance & Metrics Management

• Define KPIs and monitor product performance through data analytics.

• Optimize features based on real-time insights and market feedback.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in fintech product management or digital payments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Experience with super apps, digital wallets, or payment platforms preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
