1. Product Vision Narrative

Imagine a unified platform where payments, lending, investments, insurance, and lifestyle services converge into a single AI-driven financial super app. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, building, and scaling such an ecosystem, targeting both consumers and SMEs within the UAE’s advanced digital economy.

The Principal Product Owner will transform fragmented financial services into a cohesive, intelligent, and predictive user experience.

2. End-to-End Product Ownership

A. Ideation & Strategy

• Define long-term vision for a financial super app ecosystem.

• Identify high-impact financial use cases across user segments.

• Develop data-driven product roadmaps aligned with market trends.

B. Feature Architecture

• Design AI-driven personal finance assistants.

• Build integrated payment, lending, and investment modules.

• Implement context-aware financial recommendations.

C. AI & Data Integration

• Leverage machine learning models for personalization and prediction.

• Build data aggregation systems via open banking APIs.

• Develop behavioral analytics engines for user engagement.

D. Platform Scalability

• Ensure modular architecture supporting rapid feature expansion.

• Optimize user experience across mobile and web platforms.

• Enable third-party integrations via API ecosystems.

3. Stakeholder & Execution Leadership

• Coordinate across engineering, design, data science, and business teams.

• Drive agile product development cycles.

• Align product strategy with regulatory and compliance requirements.

4. Market Positioning

• Benchmark against global super apps while tailoring to UAE market dynamics.

• Identify opportunities in embedded finance and digital lifestyle integration.

• Drive user acquisition and retention through innovation.

5. Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years in fintech product management or digital platform leadership.

• Experience building multi-service digital ecosystems or super apps.

• Strong understanding of AI-driven product design and financial services.

• Proven ability to scale consumer-facing digital platforms.
