Mission Objective
To architect and oversee enterprise alternative finance ecosystems supporting:
- Cross-border peer-to-peer financing

- Marketplace intelligence systems
- Alternative lending risk infrastructures
- AI-powered operational finance ecosystems
Primary Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership
- Lead strategic growth initiatives for large-scale peer-to-peer financial ecosystems
- Develop expansion frameworks for multi-market alternative finance operations
- Build scalable operational strategies improving marketplace participation and liquidity optimization
2. Risk Intelligence & Marketplace Analytics
- Oversee advanced risk modeling and behavioral analytics frameworks supporting lending operations
- Monitor marketplace health indicators, investor activity, and borrower performance trends
- Develop operational intelligence systems supporting long-term ecosystem sustainability
3. Cross-Border Finance Infrastructure Oversight
- Coordinate international funding operations and digital transaction ecosystems
- Support development of scalable financial infrastructures enabling multi-region marketplace operations
- Ensure operational continuity across distributed fintech environments
4. Investor Engagement & Financial Innovation
- Build strategic investor engagement programs supporting marketplace growth
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on next-generation alternative finance features
- Drive innovation surrounding embedded finance, digital lending, and intelligent funding ecosystems
5. Executive Leadership & Governance
- Collaborate with fintech architects, infrastructure engineers, financial analysts, and operational leadership teams
- Define enterprise operational standards and long-term growth frameworks
- Lead modernization initiatives shaping the future of peer-to-peer financial ecosystems
Technical Requirements
- 8–15 years in fintech leadership, marketplace ecosystems, alternative finance operations, or digital lending strategy
- Strong expertise in:

- Financial analytics and intelligence systems
- Alternative lending operations
- Digital transaction infrastructure
- Operational finance strategy
