An internationally focused fintech organization is expanding its Artificial Intelligence Engineering division and is looking for an accomplished Principal Machine Learning FinTech Developer to develop intelligent financial platforms that redefine digital banking, customer engagement, and predictive financial services.
This role combines advanced software engineering with machine learning technologies to build secure, scalable applications capable of delivering intelligent automation, fraud detection, financial forecasting, and personalized digital experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered fintech applications.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Engineer intelligent financial recommendation engines.
- Design secure backend architectures.
- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate predictive analytics into financial platforms.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects.
- Lead technical architecture initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote software quality.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into production applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
