Strategic Vision and Role Mandate
This role positions data, analytics, and artificial intelligence as core components of fintech infrastructure, rather than auxiliary analytical functions. The Principal Leader will design systems where predictive intelligence is embedded directly into financial operations, enabling proactive decision-making, optimization, and risk anticipation.
Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic anchor, the role focuses on transforming high-volume financial data into decision-grade intelligence that enhances operational efficiency, stability, and long-term strategic planning.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-scale financial data platforms supporting real-time ingestion, batch processing, and advanced analytics workloads.

Design and oversee AI-driven predictive models for transaction behavior, liquidity forecasting, operational optimization, and systemic risk detection.

Establish robust data governance frameworks, including quality controls, lineage, observability, access management, and accountability standards.

Integrate predictive analytics outputs directly into fintech operational workflows for automated and proactive decision support.

Lead globally distributed data engineering, analytics, and AI teams in a remote-first operating model.

Define standards for model transparency, explainability, and responsible AI deployment in financial systems.
Required Expertise

14–20 years of experience in financial data engineering, advanced analytics, or AI-driven fintech environments.

Deep expertise in cloud-native data architectures, distributed processing frameworks, and real-time analytics pipelines.

Strong background in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and large-scale financial datasets.

Proven ability to operationalize AI within mission-critical fintech systems.

Excellent documentation, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
Compensation & Engagement Structure

Annual Base Compensation: AED 700,000 – 1,100,000 (tax-free)
