Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of treasury, fintech, banking, or financial analytics experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise financial technology initiatives.
