Role Mandate
To architect and scale secure, low-latency financial systems that power:
- Real-time wagering and payout engines
- Tokenized in-game economies
- High-frequency micro-betting systems
- Multi-currency digital wallets for gaming ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Throughput Transaction Systems
- Design ultra-low latency payment rails capable of processing thousands of wagers per second
- Build event-driven architectures supporting instant settlement and payout finality
- Engineer systems resilient to traffic spikes during peak gaming cycles
2. Wallet & Token Economy Infrastructure
- Develop multi-asset wallet systems supporting fiat equivalents, tokens, and reward credits
- Architect in-platform economic models ensuring liquidity, fairness, and sustainability
- Implement real-time balance reconciliation and fraud-resistant transaction flows
3. Probability Engine Integration
- Integrate provably fair algorithms and randomization engines into financial systems
- Ensure transparency in outcome generation while maintaining system integrity
- Collaborate with game logic engineers to synchronize financial and gameplay events
4. Compliance & Risk Controls
- Embed transaction monitoring, anti-fraud systems, and behavioral analytics
- Align infrastructure with evolving UAE digital finance and gaming regulations
- Design geo-fencing and access control mechanisms
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in fintech infrastructure, payments, or high-frequency systems
- Experience with real-time transaction processing and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of gaming economies or betting mechanics
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or high-performance backend systems
- Familiarity with cryptographic fairness systems or blockchain integration
