Technical Mission
The Principal Fintech Systems Engineer is responsible for designing and architecting highly reliable, high-throughput transaction and ledger systems. This fully remote role focuses purely on technical mastery, architectural integrity, and system reliability, with no direct operational or commercial responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities

Architect core banking and real-time payment systems

Design ledger validation, reconciliation, and transaction finality protocols

Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities

Build API-first financial platforms with robust security and extensibility

Conduct stress testing, capacity planning, and failure-mode analysis

Document full system architecture, technical diagrams, and process flows

Required Expertise

Comfortable working fully remotely in high-autonomy technical roles
