Role Overview
This position is for a senior technical professional responsible for designing, validating, and optimising high-volume transaction systems and ledger platforms. Fully remote, it aligns with the UAE’s advanced fintech ecosystem.
The role is not product management or operational leadership. It emphasizes engineering precision, system integrity, and operational resilience.
Core Responsibilities

Architect high-throughput, low-latency payment engines

Ensure ledger consistency, reconciliation accuracy, and fault-tolerant operations

Design incident response, rollback, and recovery protocols

Analyse system scalability, latency, and reliability under high-load conditions

Produce architecture documentation, technical standards, and operational runbooks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain technical standards and controls

Candidate Requirements

12–18 years in digital finance infrastructure, platform engineering, or financial systems design

Demonstrable experience with transaction-heavy, mission-critical systems

Deep knowledge of distributed systems, fault tolerance, and scalability principles

Strong analytical and technical documentation skills

Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment
