A high-growth financial services institution is seeking a highly specialized Principal Fintech Strategy Manager – Treasury Innovation & Institutional Financial Transformation to lead strategic planning, treasury modernization programs, enterprise financial innovation, and institutional transformation initiatives across banking systems, liquidity platforms, settlement operations, and complex financial infrastructure environments.

This role sits at the strategic center of enterprise finance where leadership decisions directly determine treasury efficiency, liquidity visibility, operational resilience, and institutional financial competitiveness.

The successful professional will drive transformation across treasury platforms, enterprise banking operations, reconciliation systems, payment reporting environments, and financial process modernization initiatives where long-term institutional strategy depends on operational precision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation across treasury systems, settlement platforms, institutional banking operations, and enterprise financial infrastructure

• Build modernization roadmaps for treasury automation, liquidity optimization, payment efficiency, and financial operations excellence

• Collaborate with CFO operations, treasury leaders, compliance specialists, product teams, and executive stakeholders across the institution

• Improve enterprise financial workflows involving settlements, reconciliations, reporting systems, and banking integrations

• Support executive decision-making through financial transformation analysis, operational performance reviews, and strategic planning frameworks

• Strengthen governance, audit readiness, and institutional reporting quality across modernization programs

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and long-term financial infrastructure growth

• Lead executive reporting, board presentations, and institutional strategy reviews across finance leadership teams

• Provide senior mentorship and cross-functional leadership across transformation initiatives

• Represent the organization in strategic financial partnerships and institutional modernization programs

Required Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Strategy, Economics, Operations, or related discipline

• 8–12+ years of experience across fintech strategy, treasury operations, banking transformation, or enterprise financial services

• Strong expertise in strategic planning, treasury modernization, financial operations improvement, and institutional leadership

• Experience with banking systems, liquidity operations, treasury platforms, and enterprise financial transformation programs

• Strong understanding of governance-driven execution and large-scale institutional finance strategy

• Excellent executive communication skills and high-level strategic decision-making ability
