This position is designed for a fintech professional specializing in risk architecture and control system design within digitally native financial environments. Working remotely while aligned with Kuwait’s fintech ecosystem, the Principal is responsible for embedding resilience, control, and risk intelligence directly into fintech platforms.
The role treats risk not as a compliance exercise, but as a design discipline essential to sustainable digital finance.
Core Responsibilities

Design comprehensive fintech risk architectures covering operational and technological domains

Embed control mechanisms within automated financial processes

Define early-warning indicators and escalation models for platform stress

Conduct scenario planning for transaction disruption, scaling risk, and system failure

Establish governance structures linking risk ownership to platform behavior

Produce detailed risk and control documentation for senior oversight
