Role Purpose
This role is designed for a senior specialist who views fintech products as interconnected systems, not standalone features. The Principal Fintech Product & Platform Systems Architect defines how digital financial products are structured, governed, integrated, and evolved within sophisticated fintech platforms.
The role is fully remote and conceptually aligned with the UAE’s globally connected fintech ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
Product Systems Architecture

Design modular architectures for fintech products, including digital banking services, payment instruments, and financial data products.

Define dependency structures, service boundaries, and interaction patterns between product components.

Ensure product systems remain scalable, extensible, and jurisdiction-agnostic.
Platform Integration & Design Logic

Align product architectures with broader fintech platform strategies.

Define API-first, service-oriented, and event-driven design principles.

Ensure interoperability with external financial services, partners, and data providers.
Governance & Lifecycle Control

Establish formal standards for product architecture documentation and system mapping.

Define rules for product evolution, controlled expansion, consolidation, and decommissioning.

Maintain long-term coherence between customer experience, financial logic, and technical structure.
Professional Requirements

12–17 years of experience in fintech product architecture, platform design, or digital banking systems.

Strong systems-thinking and architectural modeling capability.

Deep understanding of platform economics and API-driven financial ecosystems.

Ability to work independently in a design-heavy, remote senior role.
