The Principal Fintech Innovation Strategist – AI Financial Systems will lead the strategic development of AI-enabled fintech infrastructures designed to enhance financial intelligence, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver predictive financial services.

This remote role requires a leader capable of integrating data science, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and digital banking innovation into scalable financial platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics models capable of evaluating credit risk, market trends, and transaction anomalies.

Financial Data Ecosystems

• Establish centralized financial data platforms capable of processing large-scale transaction datasets in real time.

• Guide implementation of AI systems that enhance customer financial insights and portfolio management tools.

Fintech Transformation Strategy

• Collaborate with fintech architects to ensure that AI technologies align with digital banking transformation goals.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Technology, Data Science, or Quantitative Finance

Experience

• At least 10–14 years working with fintech platforms, financial analytics systems, or AI-enabled banking solutions
