Position Summary
An ambitious opportunity is available for an accomplished Principal – FinTech Infrastructure Engineering to lead the design, modernization, and optimization of mission-critical financial technology infrastructure supporting high-volume digital financial services across the Gulf region.
The successful candidate will oversee enterprise architecture initiatives that deliver secure, resilient, and highly available platforms capable of supporting large-scale payment systems, digital banking services, financial APIs, and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Strategy
- Develop enterprise cloud infrastructure roadmaps.
- Lead infrastructure modernization programs.
- Establish resilient technology architectures.
- Improve system scalability and operational efficiency.
Platform Engineering
- Design highly available financial platforms.
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Optimize performance and system reliability.
- Enhance disaster recovery capabilities.
Security & Governance
- Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks.
- Implement infrastructure compliance standards.
- Manage operational risk mitigation.
- Support secure infrastructure lifecycle management.
Collaboration

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
- Extensive fintech or banking technology exposure.
- Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Proven leadership in large-scale technology projects.
