Technical Mission
This role is designed for a senior engineer responsible for designing, validating, and scaling mission-critical fintech platforms. The focus is on ledger integrity, transaction accuracy, fault tolerance, and high-throughput processing, rather than team management or commercial responsibilities.
The position is fully remote and requires precision engineering for systems that handle millions of transactions per second.
Core Responsibilities

Architect core banking engines and high-volume payment systems

Design ledger reconciliation, validation, and transaction finality mechanisms

Ensure fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability of financial infrastructure

Develop API-first financial ecosystems and integration frameworks

Conduct performance testing, capacity planning, and failure-mode analysis

Produce comprehensive system documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical blueprints

Required Expertise

15–22 years in financial systems engineering, payments infrastructure, or fintech architecture
