The Principal Fintech Data Infrastructure Architect will be instrumental in developing scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native financial data ecosystems capable of powering next-generation fintech solutions.
Responsibilities

Data Infrastructure Design: Architect high-performance data systems integrating blockchain-based audit trails, secure data lakes, and multi-cloud scalability.

Financial Intelligence Integration: Build unified data pipelines supporting real-time payments analytics, customer intelligence, and financial modeling.

Interoperability Frameworks: Design cross-platform API architectures for interoperability across digital banking, remittance, and asset management ecosystems.

AI & ML Enablement: Partner with data science teams to deploy advanced models for predictive credit scoring, liquidity forecasting, and fraud intelligence.

Governance & Compliance: Enforce comprehensive data governance policies adhering to GDPR-equivalent Qatari frameworks and international cloud compliance standards.
Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise fintech architecture, data systems, or infrastructure design.

Proven track record in large-scale, real-time financial data engineering.

Advanced proficiency in distributed systems, data mesh architectures, and container orchestration.

Expertise in financial API security, cryptographic systems, and privacy-preserving computation.
Preferred Credentials

Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Financial Technology.

Familiarity with GCC digital transformation initiatives and cross-border fintech interoperability standards.
