Role Architecture

This role is dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of high-value financial systems, ensuring resilience against cyber threats, fraud, and systemic vulnerabilities.

The Principal Fintech Cybersecurity & Financial Systems Integrity Architect will design and implement advanced security frameworks tailored to digital banking platforms, payment systems, and blockchain infrastructures.

Key Functional Domains

Financial Systems Security Architecture

• Design multi-layered security frameworks for digital banking and payment systems.

• Implement zero-trust architectures and secure access protocols across distributed systems.

• Protect sensitive financial data through encryption, tokenization, and secure key management.

Advanced Threat Detection & Prevention

• Develop AI-driven systems for anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and threat intelligence.

• Monitor transaction patterns to identify suspicious activities in real time.

• Implement automated response mechanisms to mitigate cyber threats.

Cryptography & Blockchain Security

• Design cryptographic frameworks for secure transactions and data protection.

• Ensure smart contract security and blockchain network integrity.

• Evaluate quantum-resistant cryptographic approaches for future-proofing systems.

Regulatory Compliance & Security Governance

• Align security frameworks with UAE financial regulations and global cybersecurity standards.

• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.

• Establish governance models for continuous monitoring and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• 12–18 years in cybersecurity, fintech security, or financial systems protection.

• Expertise in cryptography, network security, and secure software development.

• Experience with blockchain security and digital payment systems.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.

• Ability to lead security strategy across distributed, remote environments.
