Role Intent
This role is created for a fintech professional who approaches compliance as a system design challenge rather than a reporting exercise. Working fully remotely while aligned with Kuwait’s fintech environment, the Principal is responsible for engineering automated controls, embedded oversight mechanisms, and traceability frameworks directly into fintech platforms.
The role focuses on preventive design, ensuring platforms remain controllable, observable, and auditable by construction.
Key Responsibilities

Design embedded control frameworks for digital financial platforms

Translate oversight requirements into executable system logic

Define monitoring, alerting, and escalation mechanisms

Establish traceability across transactions, data flows, and decisions

Design compliance-aware system behaviours and access controls

Produce detailed compliance-engineering documentation
