A globally respected fintech organization is expanding its AI engineering division and is searching for a highly accomplished Principal FinTech AI Engineer to build predictive intelligence platforms supporting fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, financial forecasting, customer behavior analytics, and enterprise risk management.
You will collaborate with world-class engineers, quantitative analysts, and product innovators to create AI-powered financial systems capable of transforming how organizations make strategic decisions.
Core Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence
- Develop predictive machine learning models.
- Design intelligent financial decision-support systems.
- Build AI-powered fraud detection solutions.
- Optimize algorithm performance and scalability.
Software Engineering
- Build cloud-native AI services.
- Develop enterprise data pipelines.

Research & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI methodologies.
- Conduct experimentation using financial datasets.
- Improve explainable AI capabilities.
- Mentor AI engineers and data scientists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 8 years of AI engineering experience.
- Strong enterprise software development background.
- Experience deploying large-scale production AI systems.
