An elite fintech innovation ecosystem in Bahrain is searching for a Principal Financial Data Analyst to lead enterprise financial intelligence operations across digital banking infrastructure, AI-driven financial systems, embedded finance platforms, intelligent transaction environments, and large-scale financial transformation programs.

This role focuses on leveraging financial analytics, predictive intelligence, operational reporting, and data-driven strategy to strengthen enterprise financial performance across one of the Gulf region’s most technologically ambitious fintech ecosystems.

The selected candidate will operate at the center of financial strategy, fintech intelligence, predictive analytics, digital banking operations, and enterprise transformation while supporting executive decision-making through advanced financial insight.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Financial Intelligence

• Lead enterprise financial analytics initiatives across fintech business units
• Develop sophisticated forecasting and budgeting models supporting strategic expansion
• Analyze operational performance across digital financial ecosystems and payment environments
• Deliver executive-level intelligence reports supporting commercial and operational decisions
• Build financial dashboards and automated reporting infrastructures

Revenue Optimization & Performance Analytics

• Conduct profitability analysis across digital banking products and financial services
• Monitor transaction trends and customer financial activity across fintech ecosystems
• Identify operational inefficiencies and revenue enhancement opportunities
• Support pricing analysis and financial product performance optimization
• Deliver predictive insights supporting long-term business sustainability

Data Governance & Strategic Reporting

• Improve financial data governance and reporting consistency across enterprise systems
• Coordinate analytical reporting processes across finance and operations teams
• Support enterprise audits and regulatory reporting initiatives
• Ensure financial reporting accuracy and operational transparency
• Assist leadership with financial scenario planning and strategic forecasting

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, product strategists, and operations teams on fintech innovation projects
• Support intelligent automation initiatives involving financial reporting and analytics
• Participate in enterprise digital transformation programs
• Research emerging analytical technologies affecting fintech financial operations

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience within financial analysis, fintech analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise financial reporting
• Strong understanding of digital finance infrastructure and transaction ecosystems
• Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and enterprise analytics
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and strategic analytical capabilities
• Experience operating within complex financial technology environments
