We are recruiting an experienced Principal Financial Cyber Resilience Consultant to strengthen enterprise cyber resilience, secure digital payment ecosystems, and enhance operational continuity across mission-critical financial platforms.

This role is suited to professionals who excel in cyber strategy, financial technology security, enterprise risk management, and digital resilience planning. You will work with executive leadership to ensure robust protection against emerging cyber threats while enabling secure innovation.

Core Responsibilities

Cyber Resilience Strategy

• Develop enterprise cyber resilience frameworks.
• Lead financial infrastructure security assessments.
• Design resilience roadmaps for critical fintech platforms.
• Recommend advanced risk mitigation strategies.

Security Operations

• Evaluate digital payment security controls.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments.
• Improve incident response readiness.
• Strengthen operational resilience across financial systems.

Governance & Advisory

• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity strategy.
• Support enterprise risk governance initiatives.
• Prepare resilience reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with international cybersecurity best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor cybersecurity professionals.
• Partner with engineering and compliance teams.
• Lead resilience workshops and tabletop exercises.
• Promote a security-first organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, fintech security, or financial infrastructure protection.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk management and digital financial ecosystems.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
