Institutional Mandate
This role is created to govern how fintech systems detect, classify, isolate, and recover from financial exceptions without contaminating systemic truth.
The Principal Executive Steward holds sovereign authority over exception taxonomies, failure isolation logic, rollback boundaries, and recovery determinism, ensuring that system failures remain controlled events rather than cascading crises.
This position is not incident management or operational resilience.
It exists at the failure-architecture layer of fintech, where breakdowns are engineered to be survivable.
Strategic Authority & Responsibilities

Architect and govern exception-handling and failure-containment frameworks across fintech systems.

Define executive doctrines for error classification, containment boundaries, and recovery precedence.

Establish authoritative standards for rollback determinism, state repair, and post-failure auditability.

Oversee interaction between transaction engines, ledgers, settlement systems, and archival records.

Lead long-term evolution of resilience architecture under increasing automation.

Act as final authority during system failure, cascading exception, or recovery-integrity disputes.
Executive Profile

19–30+ years in fintech infrastructure, financial systems resilience, or mission-critical platforms.

Exceptional mastery of failure modelling, exception governance, and recovery design.

Proven leadership where uncontained failure threatens platform survival.

Ability to design systems that fail predictably and recover decisively.

Executive gravitas aligned with systemic resilience stewardship.
Compensation Structure (Kuwait)

Base Salary: KWD 8,300 – 13,100 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 55% of base salary

Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year resilience-performance and failure-containment awards
