Strategic Mandate
This role governs the automation of financial controls and regulatory intelligence within fintech systems. The Principal Executive of Fintech Compliance Technology, Control Automation & Regulatory Systems will design machine-readable compliance architectures that embed regulatory logic directly into platform behavior.
The mandate is not manual oversight—it is compliance-by-design, control automation, and continuous regulatory intelligence.
Core Responsibilities

Architect compliance-technology platforms integrating transaction monitoring, control logic, and regulatory reporting.

Design systems enabling real-time compliance enforcement within payments, lending, and digital banking platforms.

Establish governance for regulatory rule encoding, system updates, and audit transparency.

Integrate compliance intelligence with data platforms, risk systems, and financial operations architecture.

Lead advanced teams across regtech engineering, data analytics, and financial systems governance.

Oversee simulation environments for regulatory stress testing and scenario analysis.

Define long-term strategy for autonomous compliance and self-regulating fintech platforms.
Required Executive Profile

16+ years in fintech governance, compliance technology, or financial control systems leadership.

Deep expertise in automated controls, regulatory systems design, and fintech platform governance.

Proven experience embedding compliance logic into high-volume financial systems.

Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability.

International fintech or regtech exposure is essential.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 90,000 – 125,000 per month

Annual Compliance Performance Bonus: 35% – 55% of base (linked to control effectiveness and system integrity)
