Strategic Role Mandate
This role is conceived for a senior fintech authority specialising in ledger-based financial platforms and institutional digital asset infrastructure. The mandate is to architect high-integrity ledger systems that support complex asset representation, lifecycle management, and platform interoperability at institutional scale.
The role is not speculative or operational. It is a financial-infrastructure and system-mechanics mandate, focused on structural correctness, durability, and long-term platform evolution.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect ledger-centric financial platforms supporting complex digital financial instruments.

Define asset lifecycle models, settlement logic, and system-embedded control mechanisms.

Establish architectural standards for integrity, auditability, and platform extensibility.

Design interoperability layers between ledger systems and broader fintech ecosystems.

Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to translate financial constructs into executable architectures.

Produce executive-level documentation covering ledger models, system constraints, and evolution strategies.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience in ledger-based fintech platforms or complex financial system architecture.

Strong understanding of how financial instruments are modelled and governed within digital systems.

Ability to operate independently at senior strategic level in remote environments.

Exceptional analytical clarity and architectural communication capability.

Proven track record designing durable, institution-grade fintech platforms.
Compensation Structure (Remote – Saudi Arabia Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: SAR 62,000 – SAR 88,000

Annualised Range: SAR 744,000 – SAR 1,056,000

Platform Performance Incentive: Up to 30% annually

Additional Provisions: Architecture research budget, executive tooling allowance, multi-year engagement incentives
